Dear designers in my Tumblr world,
There’s a fun and lucrative opportunity over at here at Boxee: we’ve got a long list of partners — companies that want to exist in our ecosystem — that don’t have the in-house resources to design and build Boxee apps themselves. We’d like to pair them with you to help move the queue along.
The thing is, I’m looking at this as though I were putting together a mind-blowing tribute album and I have the option to pick a favorite artist for each track. Most of these partners are interesting and their apps will help challenge our perception of what the TV has to be.
If you’re a good designer, even if you have a day job, get a hold of me. Here’s a chance to make the interface your company probably doesn’t let you publish: something possibly far ahead of the curve, thought-provoking, navigated by a remote and experienced from 10 feet away.
